Who You Are
As the Executive Assistant TO THE President, you play a crucial role in supporting the President and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CAC's Board of Directors and community partners. You are the first point of contact for the CAC President, embodying the organization's values in a positive and professional manner.
What You'll Do
- Organizational Support: Coordinate internal and external meetings for the President, ensuring the necessary technology and catering are in place. Prepare the President for meetings in advance.
- Documentation: Create reports, presentations, and documentation based on the President's initiatives. Maintain all Board of Director documentation, including a directory of all board members.
- Board Engagement: Work with the Board Development Committee and President on new Board member orientations. Collaborate with the President and Committee Chairs to create monthly Board meeting and subcommittee agendas.
- Communication Bridge: Act as a bridge for communication and engagement between the President and internal departments. Foster strong collaborative relationships across the organization.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the point of contact for incoming communication TO THE President's office and other departments.
- Travel and Itinerary: Make travel arrangements, maintain an updated itinerary, and submit credit card statements for the President.
- Meeting Support: Take meeting notes and provide follow-ups on resulting action steps.
- Donor Acknowledgement: Support donor acknowledgment with timely dissemination of thank-you letters and new donor welcome kits.
- Data Management: Perform CRM data entry and reconciliation for donations from various sources with fidelity.
- Development Team Support: Support the Development and Community Engagement Team on development and fundraising activities.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Education: Associates degree Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Technology Proficiency: Extremely strong technology experience, including working with Office 365.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
