OFFICE MANAGER & HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Full-time, 40 hours per week, in-office position at our Bethlehem, PA facility. Position reports to company President.
SALARY & BENEFITS
This is an hourly position with a pay range between $20.25 and $25.90 depending on background and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k-matching, PTO accrual, and annual profit-sharing participation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a welcome and secure workplace. Primary duties involve maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and continually seeking ways to enhance operational workflows.
Additionally, this position supports the employees by performing essential HR-related tasks. This includes offering guidance on company policies, assisting with enrollment in insurance and 401k plans, and serving as a confidential point of contact for employees seeking advice for workplace concerns without formal escalation.

JOB DUTIES
- Receptionist: front desk, answer & direct phone calls, distribute mail, faxes, scans.
- Coordinate all repairs, quotes, and building maintenance & security with contractors.
- Manage break room and ensure it is fully stocked each week.
- Assist with purchasing and shipping items on behalf of departments on occasion.
- Coordinate and organize office events and parties throughout the year.
- Assist with invoicing updates for internal departments each month.
- Maintain company van for service and repairs.
- Maintain preferred vendor lists for departments and general contractors company uses regularly.
- Light HR duties as described above.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential in this position.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive personality.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Own transportation to run local errands; company provides reimbursement for mileage.
- Easy familiarity with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
