Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a caring and engaging presence in our classrooms when lead teachers are unavailable.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or working towards GED or High School Diploma.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong passion for working with children and promoting their development.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the needs of individual children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from the lead teacher.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and meet any licensing requirements for working in an early childhood education setting.
