Assistant Supervisor Dog Boarding & Daycare

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the supervisor to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service. The Assistant Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily tasks and supporting the team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in managing and coordinating daily operations
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the supervisor to implement strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction
- Perform heavy lifting as required

MUST have previous dog handling experience and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
