Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing inventory
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of stock management procedures and inventory control systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in time management to meet deadlines and achieve goals
