- Manage sales floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure assigned store teams consistently utilize company selling model to actively engage and connect our customers with the Sam Edelman brand
- Exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring timely execution of in-store promotions consistent with company brand standards
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to encourage growth and development, actively identifying opportunities to promote from within
