JES Foundation Repair, specializes in helping homeowners with their foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete needs. Our top priority is providing high-quality home repair solutions and personalized service across Virginia and Maryland. With fully trained technicians, industry-leading products, and nationally backed warranties, JES is here to restore your foundation or crawlspace.
The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies to improves sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing Outside Sales Representatives. The Assistant Sales Manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists to ensures the sales team provides a thorough, effective and professional presentation to each customer
- Assists in Training and Development of Outside Sales Representatives to set individual sales targets
- Assist to hire, train, coach, develop, mentor and motivate the sales team to reach company goals
- Assists to ensure team possess product knowledge, understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to relate these to customer needs
- Conduct ride-a-longs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques
- Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
- Run warm leads
- Assists in handling customer complaints as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
- Experience leading a team of sales individuals
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, humility and desire to build an industry-leading sales team
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team to achieve objectives with a strong team focus and approach
- Superior knowledge of sales techniques
- Highly organized and efficient
- Dedication to providing great customer service
