The Madison Club is seeking a Residential Services Assistant to join the Residential Services Department.
The Madison Club is now accepting applications for the position of Residential Services Assistant within the Residential Services Division. This position assists the Property Managers in providing a first-class level of care to the members and their residences. To be successful in this position, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a genuine desire to serve in a high-end property management environment.
This is a Full-time seasonal position from hire date to end of June 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Duties also include aiding the Lead Property Mangers in overseeing the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained residence within the established management. You must have the ability to effectively communicate with the Lead Property Managers, schedule venders, and follow up with vendors to make sure all tasks are completed. You must also be able to communicate clearly with the homeowners, and the contractors. You will be dealing with high stress situations while being able to maintain your composure. You will need the ability to reassure the members that their problems will be taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, you will be contacting the proper venders for repairs, and following up with them as well. Multitasking and problem solving is a must, we have a lot of residences we take care of. You must pay attention to detail, and be able to lift 50lbs, we are always moving furniture and boxes around to accommodate the members requests. You must be onsite at all times during your shift for the members and venders.

- Ability to complete open and closing procedures
- Write a summary "daily" to keep Staff & RS Manager informed.
- Ability to email members, vendors and staff
- Being onsite during your shift for house calls
- Communication (Spa treatments, Fitness, personal training, Transportation, Hikes, dinner reservations and grocery runs)
- Helping out other departments is a must, when slow and only when approved by the Residential Service manager.
- Work schedule is roughly
- 6am-2pm for the opener and 2-10:30pm Wednesday-Saturday, and 12-8pm on Sundays for the closer.
- Holidays, special events, Desert Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach are all mandatory working days. No exceptions.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A valid Driver’s license
- Must be over the age of 21 – due to purchasing Alcohol
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
