Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant

Gold Falls Villa Apartments is looking for a part- time Assistant Property Manager starting April 15th 2023.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer Phone calls
• Assist tenants with questions
• Manage tenant files
• Managing Digital advertising and marketing on various platforms
• Input work orders - being able to probe for details relating to maintenance requests
• Perform apartment showings, process applications & hold open houses
• Perform traditional receptionist duties.
• Preform Lease signings & tenant move-in's
• Receive rent payments & assist with late payment notifications
• Sort residential packages
• and other day to day office activities

Experience is a preferred, training will be provided.

Saturday hours (10:00am-2:00pm) are Required.
