Gold Falls Villa Apartments is looking for a part- time Assistant Property Manager starting April 15th 2023.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer Phone calls
- Assist tenants with questions
- Manage tenant files
- Managing Digital advertising and marketing on various platforms
- Input work orders - being able to probe for details relating to maintenance requests
- Perform apartment showings, process applications & hold open houses
- Perform traditional receptionist duties.
- Preform Lease signings & tenant move-in's
- Receive rent payments & assist with late payment notifications
- Sort residential packages
- and other day to day office activities
Experience is a preferred, training will be provided.
Saturday hours (10:00am-2:00pm) are Required.
