Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team as a Property Management Assistant. This role involves a combination of cleaning responsibilities for Airbnb and long-term turnovers, as well as various Property Management tasks such as rent collection, leasing, eviction support, and communication with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Services (Approximately 10-20 hours per week):
• Perform thorough cleaning for Airbnb turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
• Manage and execute cleaning tasks for long-term turnovers between tenants.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules to meet property occupancy requirements.
• Property Management Tasks (Approximately 20-30 hours per week):
• Collect rent payments from tenants and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the leasing process, including property showings and application processing.
• Provide support in the eviction process, liaising with legal and management teams as needed.
• Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate and oversee maintenance work orders.
• Administrative Responsibilities (Approximately 5-10 hours per week):
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of property-related documents.
• Prepare and distribute notices, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.02 - $18.53 per hour
