We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community at Riverside Apartments in Tarpon Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive Tax Credit experience, and previous leasing experience. Only candidates with previous working experience in affordable housing will be considered. Tarpon Springs is a 304-unit multi-family Community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of leases and other application forms
- Assist in unit inspections and building inspections
- Ensure collection and deposit of all resident payments
- Ensure all residency files are maintained accordingly
- Effectively represent the company in community activities with the property
- Generate recertification letters LIHTC Programs
- Fully prepare and complete annual recertifications for all residents within assigned portfolio.
- Correspond with tenants and other departments to ensure recerts and move-ins are processed in a timely manner.
- Experience with Realpage products a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Must be capable of overseeing multiple functions simultaneously, with a keen sense of prioritization
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details strong verbal and written community skill.
