```Job Summary``` We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and maintaining the overall success of the community. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to potential tenants, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections and ensuring proper documentation - Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and tenant interactions using data entry systems - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and LIHTC requirements - Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement strategies for property improvement and resident satisfaction - Support marketing efforts by assisting with advertising campaigns and conducting market research - Perform other duties as assigned ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of property leasing procedures and contract management - Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to residents - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with Section 8 guidelines and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service in the property management industry, we would love to hear from you.
