I am looing for Assistant Property Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
· Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
· Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
· Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
2. Reservations Management:
· Manage reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications.
· Maintain an organized and efficient reservation system.
· Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate site assignments.
3. Facilities Maintenance
· Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, and amenities.
· Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance tasks.
· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
4. Staff Management:
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
· Conduct performance evaluations and address any personnel issues.
5. Financial Management
· Monitor and manage the budget.
· Track revenue, expenses, and financial transactions.
Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability
6. Regulatory Compliance
· Stay informed about local and state regulations related to operations.
· Ensure compliance with zoning, health, and safety regulations.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.
· Utilize online platforms and social media to promote.
· Collaborate with local businesses and tourism organizations.
8. Emergency Response
· Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
· Address and manage emergencies such as accidents or severe weather events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or RV park management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with local regulations and zoning requirements.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and communication.
