```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
```Duties```
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units, conducting tenant screenings, and preparing lease agreements.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to enforce lease terms and regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Assist in the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections and processing security deposit returns.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management, including familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 housing, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs and renovations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
