The Experts Team Realty is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and diligent Assistant Property Manager to support our current Property Manager in managing our growing portfolio of residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our property management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including rent collection, move-ins and move-outs, lease administration, and more
• Coordinate with tenants and vendors to address maintenance and repair requests
• Support the posting of 3-day eviction notices and other legal processes when necessary
• Help with the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements
• Aid in property inspections to assess conditions and approve necessary repairs
• Provide top-notch customer service to tenants, addressing complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in property management operations
• Assist with administrative duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and report preparation

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
