Job Overview: In this role, you coordinate both administrative in office time, with a balance of onsite management, so you should have skills and experience in a variety of disciplines in, filing, accounting, Fair Housing, leasing, data entry, inspections, assisting in maintenance management, and fluid communication. You will be handling vendors and tenants on a daily basis, so strong problem solving, and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

·      Monitoring Emergency line – On Call

·      Assisting the Maintenance Department

·      Residential tenant communication and retention

·      Residential leasing

·      Regular filing and auditing

·      Scheduling and coordinating move outs/move ins

·      Weekly property walks and regular unit inspections

·      Security deposit documentation and reporting

·      Traveling between properties

·      Perform all other necessary tasks to manage and maintain the residential portfolio

Preferred skills:

·      Knowledge of basic property management laws and policies

·      Fair Housing

·      Bookkeeping or accounting
