Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leasing, calling prospective tenants, showing apartments
• Processing application with rental and income verifications
• Preparing leases and assist in getting a unit ready for lease/move in
• Assist with lease renewals
• Assist with resident issues and impute maintenance request
• Assist maintenance in access to units and coordinating with residents
• Assist with collections by calling, door knocking and handing out notices

​Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience experience with leasing and property management
• Strong closure with leasing
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Self starter able to work by them selves in the onsite office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
