Assistant Property Manager

We are a locally owned property management company looking for a passionate Assistant Property Manager who is energized by other people, enjoys having a wide variety of tasks and takes pride in completing them thoroughly.

If you love getting to know people, building/maintaining relationships, and have a knack for understanding people’s needs/emotions, then this is the perfect job for you.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for being the face of the multiple apartment communities and function as the residents’ main point of contact. From move in to move out, you will be naturally customer service driven, and are responsible for building and maintaining good rapport with the residents in each of your apartment communities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Leasing

• Conduct tours to prospective residents
• Pre-walk units prior to move-in to ensure the unit is ready to move in.
• Perform move-in inspection, upload documentation including photos and submit any follow up work orders after move in.

Resident Services:

• Assist with resident retention programs (i.e. resident surveys, resident functions, special promotions, etc)
• Process work order requests for current residents.
• Handle resident complaints and concerns
• Ensure current residents are following community rules and guidelines.
• Deliver notices and lease violations when necessary
• Ensure property grounds stay clean by walking properties
• Earn positive online reviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
