Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with residents as you teach and assist them in navigating life within the community.
- Own and master renewals, delinquency, and pre-collection efforts, creating a positive impact on the lives of your residents and the success of your team.
- Manage online reviews and responses to build your property's reputation.
- Be a servant leader, a teacher, and a positive influence to your team.
- Understand and comply with all Fair Housing Laws.
Required Skills
- Excellent servant leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic skills and understanding of accounting and navigating data
- General understanding of applicable laws and regulations
Ideal Education and Experience
- 2 years of experience as a leasing consultant in the multifamily industry
- Or equivalent experience working in a business leadership role
