HMH Contractors is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
- Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets under the direction of the Project Manager
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Assist in managing subcontractors, vendors, and other project resources.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Work closely with the project team to enforce quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor and address issues that may impact project timelines and budget.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction. - Promote a culture of safety among project team members and subcontractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
