- Ph.D. or D.B.A. degree with emphasis in Finance or a closely related field by start date from an AACSB-accredited university.
- Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance supporting all business majors.
- For Assistant Professor rank, potential to carry on a successful program of scholarly research resulting in publication in respected peer-reviewed journals. For associate professor rank, demonstrated success publishing in respected peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated experience teaching upper level and graduate courses.
- Ability to teach in more than one business area.
- Record of refereed publications.
- Professional experience and/or certifications.
- Be committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct interesting, thoughtful, relevant and impactful scholarly research that results in publications in respected peer-reviewed outlets.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues, students, and business professionals.
