You'll Offer:
- 5-7+ years of experience managing a dental practice
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills to inspire and guide our team
- Passion for serving the community and improving patients' oral health
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of low error and high accuracy
- Experience in scaling a practice financially and operationally
- Obsession with sales and helping patients receive the treatment they need and deserve
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong work ethic
- Capability to work independently while leading a team to success
- High energy, caring, and resilient personality
- Commitment to providing patients with optimal, exceptional care
- Excellent communication skills to convey practice objectives and guide team development
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Enthusiasm for diligently following up with team members to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced "organized chaos" dental practice
- Tech-savvy and good with dental office software (you must pass a simple computer test before being hired)
- Dental assisting and management experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must live near Laurel, MD
