Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Your Role
Impact long-term business results by executing product and marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies.
- Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing activation plans.
- Lead cross-functional implementation of product and packaging changes.
- Deliver periodic marketplace analyses to help identify business opportunities
- Leverage consumers and customer insights to develop the product pipeline
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of technical specifics of assigned product lines.
- Manage partnerships with internal and external agencies and vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams t development and substantiate key product performance claims.
- Employ a disciplined approach to keeping initiatives on track and stakeholders engaged.
Experience/Skills Required
- B.S. in Marketing, Business or related field required
- 2+ years marketing experience including business and sales processes
- Attention to detail and remaining highly organized
- Capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Proven project management experience; successfully created and managed timelines across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, OneDrive, Outlook)
Preferred
- Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or Healthcare marketing
- Proficiency in analytical/quantitative analysis
- Experience in the following areas a plus:
- Implementation of packaging changes/upgrades/launches including artwork development, artwork reviews, and press runs
- New product or brand launch initiatives
- Successfully building engaging slides for presentation
- Conducting trademarks searches
- Claims development including managing approvals through Legal department
- Experience with syndicated data analysis (e.g., Nielson, IRR)
- Market research
- Experience engaging with external agencies, customers, and vendors
- Working knowledge of SmartSheet, Workfront, SharePoint; Sharefile, and Adobe Illustrator
