Essential Functions
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
- Meets and/or exceeds salon sales and retails sales goals
- Coaches and develops associates to optimize individual performance and build expertise
- Assists Salon Manager in hiring, training, and retaining associates
- Resolves associate and/or client issues in a professional and timely manner
- Reception responsibilities, including answering telephone and scheduling client appointments
- Ensures reception area and salon meet and exceed State Board Regulations
- Assists Salon Manager with inventory counts and purchases all service supplies, utilizing sound assortment planning to meet plan
- Assists Salon Manager with presentations in schools and attends meetings, shows, and classes
- Continues personal education on products, services, and current industry trends

- 1-3 years
- Supervisory experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in computer business-related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Ability to handle money transactions
Physical Demands
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone, and other business-related equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
