```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including food preparation, baking, and customer service
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Create and update menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Train and supervise bakery staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and baking techniques
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles
- Excellent food handling and sanitation practices
- Bartending or food service experience is a plus
- Previous experience in food service management is preferred
