SalaryManor at Jersey Village is a seeking an experienced assistant manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is driven, possessess initiative and has LIHTC/ Tax Credit experience.
Key Job responsibilities will be to:
- Effectively present and lease apartment housing.
- Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions.
- Possess great energy, enjoys challenges and works well with others.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing and company utilized software.
- Maintaining neat and consistent residential files.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
