This is an entry level Management position. We are currently seeking a motivated, highly energetic, friendly, and sales-oriented Leader with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills for Assistant Store Manager (ASM) positions in the area. The position is responsible for the management and daily operations of our self-storage facilities, including but not limited to: customer relations, sales, office duties, and indoor/outdoor basic maintenance responsibilities. Traveling to stores within Warren, Sterling Heights & Troy for coverage is a requirement of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Rental of storage units including preparation of rental agreements
- Consult customers, sell, and up sell merchandise, protection plans, and rentals
- Handling financial transactions, banking activities, and collections
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all products, software programs, and services
- Maintaining clean ready to rent units and a general curb appeal both inside and out
- Required to travel within the District for coverage as needed (Warren, Troy & Sterling Heights)
- Other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- A competitive drive to be a leader in all aspects of the business including sales. Leading to a record of top tier performance of key metrics and/or company standards of goals
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work weekends
- Valid, non expired driver's license, reliable vehicle and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability and willingness to travel to stores within the district
- Ability to team lift/carry 50 lbs.
