```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliations
```Qualifications```
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving results
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
