Assistant Manager - Private Access/Membership & Recognition

Purpose of the Role:

Enables the Private Access team to deliver the ultimate guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Enrollment & Identification:

• Leading bi-annual members enrollment efforts.
• Dynamically inviting new members as per qualification criteria.
• Continuously seeking ways to identify high profile and high-value guests.

Collateral & Program Awareness:

• Partnering with brand and marketing for any collateral required for the program.
• Maintaining all external & partnership-facing collateral, websites, emails, and numbers.
• Printing collateral for all new members.

Private Access Portal & Events:

• Maintaining Private Access portal.
• Creating and sending event invitations to the Private Access database.

Data Governance:

• Maintaining immaculate guest dossiers in Empower.
• Ensuring all Private Access guests are coded in the source systems, profiles merged or appropriately associated.
• Partnering with Business intelligence and CRM teams to continuously improve Private Access membership data and processes.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Reporting on collective & individual performance as required.
• Maintaining Private Access Scorecard.
• Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Tableau reports.
• Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Empower reports.

Qualifications:

• A college education is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Patron, Opera, HotSoS, Alice, Seven Rooms, and MS Office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
