Purpose of the Role:
Enables the Private Access team to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Enrollment & Identification:
- Leading bi-annual members enrollment efforts.
- Dynamically inviting new members as per qualification criteria.
- Continuously seeking ways to identify high profile and high-value guests.
Collateral & Program Awareness:
- Partnering with brand and marketing for any collateral required for the program.
- Maintaining all external & partnership-facing collateral, websites, emails, and numbers.
- Printing collateral for all new members.
Private Access Portal & Events:
- Maintaining Private Access portal.
- Creating and sending event invitations to the Private Access database.
Data Governance:
- Maintaining immaculate guest dossiers in Empower.
- Ensuring all Private Access guests are coded in the source systems, profiles merged or appropriately associated.
- Partnering with Business intelligence and CRM teams to continuously improve Private Access membership data and processes.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Reporting on collective & individual performance as required.
- Maintaining Private Access Scorecard.
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Tableau reports.
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining all Private Access Empower reports.

Qualifications:
- A college education is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Patron, Opera, HotSoS, Alice, Seven Rooms, and MS Office.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
