About the role
Join an extraordinarily grand team as an Assistant Outlets Manager: Responsible for supervising/managing and overseeing the following departments: Grand Cafe, Grand Central, and In-Room Dining.
What will you be doing?
Provide leadership to departments to achieve their goals and objectives.
Communicate goals and objectives effectively and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
Sell concepts and ideas to management, peers and employees.
Instill guest service attitude in all employees.
Fully understands the menu and wine list. From the standpoint of ingredients and preparation of the dishes to the delivery and service expected to accompany the dish.
Direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management team.
Listens to and resolves customer complaints regarding service, product and personnel.
Assist in managing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets including scheduling, cost control, guest relations and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
Requires a minimum of 1 year restaurant and supervisory experience.
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
