Assistant Manager In Beauty Industry

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the shift, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation to meet company standards
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall business goals
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bartending, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with inventory control and ordering processes
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
