Great Lakes MSO is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and forward thinking individual who is passionate about providing support to team members. You will collaborate cross-departmentally to provide effective and efficient solutions to day-to-day People Operations tasks. The People Operations Coordinator may also provide support in the areas of payroll, benefits administration, training and development, recruiting, employee engagement, company culture and finance.
Primary Responsibilities of the People Operations Coordinator:
- Facilitate and coordinate daily People Operations functions
- Play a key role in supporting payroll, finance, and benefit administration
- Support People Operations functions such as employee engagement, new hire onboarding, training and development, etc.
- Assist with recruitment efforts including resume review, initial phone screening, and follow-up interviews with candidates
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee records within designated HRIS and support systems
- Respond to general inquiries from employees and clinician contractors in regard to payroll, benefits, and other People Operations policies and procedures
- Coordinate cross-departmental planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, company wide meetings, holiday events and more
- Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this role:
- 1-3 years experience in a functional Human Resources/People Operations support role with basic understanding of Payroll, Human Resources, Recruiting, Benefits Administration, and Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior related office experience (preferred)
- Previous HRIS experience (UKG Pro preferred)
- Available to work in-person from Great Lakes corporate office in Troy, MI
