Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets sales goals and customer service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their sports and fashion needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
-Processing shipments in timely manner to ensure all sales opportunities are gained.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment.
Skills:
- Strong background in sales and customer service.
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and drive results.
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in store management or assistant management roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques to select qualified candidates.
