Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you assist the Store Manager with all aspects of running the store and act as the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Assistant Manager’s goal is to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining all company standards within the store.

What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager:

• Maximize sales and profitability through leadership and adherence to policies.

• Be a role model for guest service.

• Project a positive attitude and promote a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

• Be knowledgeable of all promotions, products, policies, and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them with other store employees.

• Lead by example and hold employees accountable to all truenorth standards.

• Assist the store manager with reporting, banking, and other management tasks.

Pay: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour
