Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership/management role (within the fast-food or restaurant industry desired), demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a track record of driving operational success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to delegate, inspire, motivate, and develop a team, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer competency (for scheduling, inventory, etc)

- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities to assist in overall day-to-day management of the store, including:
- Operational Excellence: Assist in management and monitoring of all aspects of restaurant operations, including cookie quality, cleanliness, and customer experience, to ensure compliance with Crumbl standards and policies.
- Team Leadership: Assist in recruitment, training, and motivation of employees, fostering a professional and positive company culture and ensuring optimal productivity and performance. Serve as a role model, monitor that all employees are following company protocols and guidelines, and resolve potential conflicts.
- Customer Experience: Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Profitability: Drive profitability and growth by assisting in the implementation of effective strategies to achieve profitability targets.
- Quality Control: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations, and conducting regular audits to maintain standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in oversight of inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste, optimize resources, and ensure sufficient supplies for smooth operations.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with federal and local health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and thorough documentation.
- Community Out-Reach: Extend the compassion and generosity of the Crumbl brand by assisting with donation management and fostering excellent community relations.
- Coordinated Management: Work closely with the Manager & Operator to achieve business plan objectives, maintaining pars on staffing, crew training, cost of goods, labor percentages, and sales.
