WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
As an HVAC rookie, your mission is to learn, adapt, and soak up all the knowledge you can to level up in your HVAC career. You'll be shadowing experienced techs, asking questions, and embracing our company values. While out in the field, you'll master the art of servicing equipment and delivering pro-level customer interactions.
You'll work hard, tackle tasks head-on, and closely follow the lead of your mentors. You'll build strong relationships with teammates and customers alike. As you soak up knowledge and gain skills, you'll be on the fast track to a long and thriving career!
REQUIREMENTS
- You can handle metal cutting and bending for custom transitions and ductwork mods.
- You're up for lifting up to 50 lbs while fixing residential HVAC gear.
- You've got what it takes to charge and handle refrigerant per the Clean Air Act.
