Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in developing and implementing plans of correction for deficiencies cited by the Indiana State Department of Health or other governing bodies. Advocate for each resident and encourage him/her to excercise his/her rights as a citizen and community member. Acting Director when Director is not available. Point of contact for all interviewing and hiring of all SGL staff under Directors supervision. Be on call 24/7 to cover in an emergency within all SGL homes.
