This role is based in Trumbull CT and is expected to be on site 3 days per week on average.

We are looking for an Assistant R&D HR Partner to work closely with the B&W HR team across the Business Group to execute against a variety of projects (e.g. resourcing and organizational design plans, workforce planning), drive Trumbull R&D HR Site initiatives (e.g. Trumbull has two large buildings on campus), and support our NA HR team with in-country HR activities (e.g. Year End timelines and recruitment in R&D).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting directly to the HR Lead for R&D Beauty & Wellbeing and Trumbull R&D Site, the ideal candidate has the ability to succeed in a high growth, fast paced and networked environment building key partnerships with impactful presence. The HR team partnership delivers timely and relevant solutions aligned to HR strategies. You will support the B&W HR agenda to seamlessly deliver of a broad range of HR operational services and relevant solutions to the R&D Leaders and organization in B&W, Trumbull and North America.
Ownership of employee data and systems across B&W R&D BG
Partnership with Finance R&D Leads on monthly overheads management, reporting & data quality
Site AAP/EEO plan delivered annual partnering with 3rd party expertise team
Project based support of Organization Design & Change Management
People & Capability Development
Culture & Employee Engagement
Seek insights to business solutions in Organizational Effectiveness & Analytics
Build talent supply starting with well-established R&D Intern & Co-op program
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
BA/BS required with 5+ years of HR experience including business partnering experience with the appetite to develop strong business acumen required, with project management experience a huge plus!
Proven track record of successfully working in and influencing within a complex organization with structural and organizational awareness
HR Analytics tools including Visier a plus! Additionally, experience with PowerBI or dashboard exposure a plus.
Fully operational with Workday processes and functionality highly preferred
General knowledge of employment laws and practices
Strong communication and organizational skills are required as well as attention to details and see work through to conclusions

Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively
Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
