Falcon Ridge Golf Club is seeking a full time, salaried Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. Salary:$40K to $43K annually plus additional earning potential in commission
Job Description:Assists the Head Golf Professional with all aspects of course management including pro-shop operations, tournament scheduling and completion, customer service, scheduling tee times, starter, merchandising and food and beverage operations. Position also works with golf patrons through lessons and golf camps/clinics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists management in the maintenance of the golf course and golf cart fleet
- Attends any functions or meetings in the absence of the Head Golf Professional
- Assists in scheduling and implementation of golf tournaments, lessons, golf camps, tee times, etc.
- Responsible for operation of cash register and sales reports
- Assists in display of pro-shop merchandise and appearance of pro-shop and sales.
- Helps to oversee & coordinate junior programs and clinics
- Assists with inventory control (receiving merchandise, properly marking merchandise, ringing all sale of merchandise and inventory all merchandise each month)
- Controls the tee sheet
- Collects all guest and cart fees
- Develop relationships with the membership including golfing with the membership to help build that relationship
- Promotion and selling of all golf shop merchandise
- Club repair
- Maintains complete understanding of membership categories, sale processes and new member enrollment processes
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of property management system.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Lesson Gratuity:
- Will earn 90% of lesson fees for all lessons conducted at a Brown Golf Facility
- 10% of all lesson fees will be paid to the course for use of facilities, balls and wear and tear.

Degree/Licenses:
Associate’s degree; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
