We are looking for individuals to partner with our GM and Chefs to drive our vision and culture and support our company’s growth, and ideally be our next GM!
Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food + Bread in Venice and Hollywood, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena and North Hollywood, as well as Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Southern California.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous AGM or GM experience in a food and beverage focused full service or fast casual environment
- Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a happy and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
- Ensure that food is prepared and served according to our recipes, portions, and technique
- Ensure that all equipment is clean, safe and maintained
- Create a work environment that promotes a happy and productive team
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
- Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course-correct as needed
- Have an active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
- Flexible and open availability is required
