Assistant General Manager (Fine Dining)

Assistant General Manager Expectations:

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for aiding in the oversight of all operations. This position will be held to the highest professional and ethical standards.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for aiding in:

• The day-to-day management of the overall property operations and affairs of the location.
• The directing and supervising of the restaurant team.
• Coordinating large parties/events including contracting, coordination, and execution (additional compensation will be provided for events in the form of commissions)
• Implementing and maintaining the vision of the organization alongside company ownership.
• Overseeing the day-to-day finances of the business, including establishing and maintaining an annual budget.
• Ensuring the professional execution of all aspects of the business and setting the highest possible standards for the business.
• Assuming an active role in strategic planning, positioning, policy making and is responsible for the implementation and execution and maintenance of those plans and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
