General Job Description:

The overall objective of the Assistant General Manager is to ensure the success of the restaurant through principle centered leadership as measured by the objectives set forth by the General Manager.

The successful AGM must:

· ¨ Plan, Lead, Direct the entire restaurant staff and management.

· ¨ Achieve all of the company and restaurant goals.

· ¨ Ensure that all of Doolittles Standards of Excellence are met.

· ¨ Optimize Sales & Profits.
