Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and signage.Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced event environment, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all event attendees.
Provide assistance to guests with inquiries, directions, and other needs throughout the event.
Conduct ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and other entry-related tasks to facilitate smooth event entry.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to event attendees.
Serve as a point of contact for emergency situations and follow established protocols for managing emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event areas, including trash removal and restroom maintenance.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during events.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals.
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other event staff members and vendors.

Qualifications:
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and perform various physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and stretching.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing event needs and schedules.
