ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Altitude Trampoline Park

The Assistant General Manager works to ensure everyone - staff, customers, community - LOVES Altitude. The ideal candidate will be a competent leader and mentor, who has effective communication skills; drive and energy to be involved with the park and ensure it operates smoothly; and an outgoing personality that creates a welcoming environment for customers.
This is a physically active work environment, and applicants must have 100% open availability, including weekends and evenings. This is a full-time position at 40-50 hours per week. Bilingual abilities are a plus!

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the General Manager (GM) in leading staff through recruiting, scheduling, orienting, and training employees; creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and fun work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
- Assists in accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Ensures cash flow, expenditures, deposits, and tills are accurate
- Enforces customer service standards
- Ensures the park is well maintained, safe, and clean
- Prioritizes workload and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
