Assistant General Manager/Sales - Car Wash
- This position will oversee and manage the overall operations of the business when the General Manager is away.
- Including, but not limited to the following: scheduling, car wash quality, strong leadership and sales are a must for this position.
- Guest Service and internal Human Resources (you must maintain a strong team work enviroment.) The position will involve overseeing the car wash system and requires a strong presence in the day to day business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Protect the interest of the company and profitability growth of the business.
- Ensure that all Company policies are maintained, current and up to date.
- Spend time in the unit every day.
- Lead weekly team meetings with the team and staff.
- Provide specialized leadership, training and support to team.
- Communicate daily with General Manager in person or via social media.
- Work with all Leaders regarding team and wash site overview.
- Consistently develop and implement duties of site per the management team.
