In this role, you will serve as Assistant GeneralCounsel - Strategic Enterprise and Product Portfolio for both HCE'sConnected Buildings and Connected Supply Chain business units based inAtlanta, Georgia. This role covers three key areas: (i) lead strategicEnterprise and channel transactions transformation and negotiation across multipleproducts lines to ensure single simplified contracting and digital contractingacross business units; (ii) lead unified Product Portfolio support inpartnership with HCE product teams to ensure comprehensive go-to-marketreadiness across end-to-end operations; and (iii) develop third party channel-readylegal structures for SaaS, including training and guidance, to ensure markettier global compliance.

Core Job Duties:

-Drive functional transformation to ensure Connected Buildings and Connected Supply Chain products are enabled for channel readiness, including support of product compliance mitigation, integrations, developer and sales integrator networks, and unified sales collateral (such as customer FAQ materials, product disclaimers, guides and marketing releases).
-Execute complex Strategic Enterprise transactions across range of products and multiple HCE business units, including (i) software, SaaS, PaaS, HaaS, CaaS, APIs, data analytics and related integration and support services; (ii) distribution and resales; and (ii) strategic partnerships.
-Develop, launch and support transformation processes and guidance for channel developer environments (such as open and closed API environments), marketplaces, and varied customer channels.
-Ensure consistency and compliance with company offering releases, templates, global country readiness and HCE transformation practices.

YOU MUST HAVE
-Registeredto practice as a lawyer in a major legal jurisdiction.
-12+ yearsof legal experience at a leading law-firm and/or technology company.
-Deepknowledge of global SaaS operations (SaaS, cloud, data, analytics, machinelearning, IIoT) and related As-a-Service offerings.
-Productexperience supporting varied Product Portfolio (on-prem, SaaS, PaaS, HaaS,CaaS, APIs) through product development, direct and indirect sales and channeldistributions, customer onboarding, invoicing and customer support.
-Extensiveexperience leading and closing enterprise technology contracts across software,resales, and for related services and projects.
-Hands onexperience partnering and managing matrixed teams across product, sales andoperations.
-Demonstratedability to build and execute on SaaS legal training, new and enhanced legalprocesses, and manage through compliance metrics.
-Abilityand desire to advocate for, and execute on, change and functionaltransformation removing barriers.
