Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or healthcare-related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years' experience in financial analysis or data analysis
- 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred
- A Master's degree in accounting, finance, business or a healthcare related field may substitute for two years of this experience requirement.
- Direct processes required to ensure financial and data-driven analysis for performance against budget/expectations are timely, reliable, and useful for making operational decisions and explaining variances to executive leadership. The lead process is required for the preparation of the annual operational budget.
- Provide oversight to maintain and enhance real-time dashboard delivery and reporting to ensure data integrity and transparency. Includes: provide monthly reports, perform analysis, review work performed by staff.
- Coordinate information and business systems to optimize the EMR-related function of the department.
- Enhance clinical, operational, and strategic programs through project management, facilitation, and oversight of core initiatives and planning. Coordinate the development and monitoring of performance and process improvement programs.
- Provide leadership and facilitation with operational areas to liaise with the Revenue Cycle department where appropriate to optimize charge capture opportunities.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional areas to manage resources and provide cost/benefit analysis to the department
