Job Description :
- Responsible to support the Site Director to ensure compliance with all Title 5 regulations, Licensing regulations, agency policies and procedures, program compliance, and the Education Code as applicable. Reference CA Code of Regulations, Title 22 Sections 10125 and 101215.1
- Responsible for supporting the Site Director in accordance with Title 5, licensing requirements and site needs. Designated Site Supervisor in the absence of the Site Director.
- Site support as needed to maintain implantation of funding requirements: Quality Preschool Initiative (Maintenance of Tier 5 - QRIS status), Head Start, Early Head Start, California State Preschool Program, Alternative Payment, and Parent Paid Tuition and documentation in Care Connect and ChildPlus.
- Responsible to ensure daily center cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
- Greeting families and visitors upon entrance to facilities.
- Ensuring Visitor Sign-In Log is accessible and accurate.
- Continuous communication between front office and classrooms
- Parent Communication - Professionally answering phone calls and returning voicemails in a timely manner.
- Staffing: - Support staffing schedules/patterns to always ensure appropriate classroom coverage and maintain state required ratios. Staffing call outs, vacancies. Substitute requirements/placements.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 24 child development units preferred
- AA in Child Development with Site Supervisor Permit
- Site Supervisor Permit required.
