Assistant Director of Clinical Services for Mental Health/Program Director
FHE Health is looking for an Assistant Clinical Director for Mental Health to lead our growing Mental Health specific programming. This includes the FHE Health Restore Mental Health Program and the Sunlight Recovery, our in-network facility, Mental Health Programming. We are looking for a Florida Licensed Clinical Psychologist (or license eligible) who is a clinician leader with demonstrated management capability and leadership qualities in a comprehensive Mental Health environment. This person will be able to supervise and lead staff, support our teaching institution goals, provide excellent patient care, and serve as a hub for communication and coordination across the Mental Health Programs.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Overall program oversight and management.
-Supervision of licensed and non-licensed clinical staff.
-Supervision of Mental Health support staff.
-Managing workflows, ensuring quality care, and being available to handle day-to-day issues.
-Orient and train staff.
-Assist with intern and student learners as part of our teaching facility.
-Manage timeliness and quality of documentation in the EHR.
-Coordinate issues with agency administrative and operational units.
-Facilitate learning and CEU opportunities for the department.
-Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services on agency wide initiatives.
-Program evaluation and management.
-Maintain standards of licensure and accreditation for the facility.
-Problem solve and intercede in grievances, issues with families and referents, and AMA blocking.
-Other duties for the overall management and execution of tasks to meet agency and program goals.
Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida (or license eligible).
Familiar with Joint Commission, DCF, and CARF accreditations preferred.
Strong clinical experience.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a behavioral health setting.
Supervisory experience.
Program management experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
