Duties:
Supporting the director in all aspects of operation to ensure program compliance.
Enroll new children and complete enrollment, as well as inputting information into childcare software.
Accept payments from parents and inputting into the childcare software.
Inputting new hires into the childcare software.
Send out correspondence per the director.
Maintain childcare waiting lists and call perspective parents as needed.
Assist in classrooms when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in childcare or a related field.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Skills:
Computer skills: proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office
Phone systems: familiarity with operating phone systems for answering calls, taking messages, etc.
Typing skills: ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Proofreading: attention to detail for reviewing applications/manuals for errors or inconsistencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
